He arrived on time and was extremely polite and friendly to take us to our annual works Xmas party. When he collected us later to take us back to our hotel he kindly detoured to take some of the passengers to McDonalds. Thank you so much
My only issue would be that I wasn't aware the balance payment would automatically be taken so I have actually paid twice for our journey"
